This microtiter plate based EIA kit is used for the sreening of Ivermectin in tissue and milk samples. The limit of detection is 5 ng/ml. Respective cross-reactivities are: Ivermectine 100%, doramectin 13.5%, eprinomectin 16.8% and abomectin 13.3%. MRL for Ivermectin varies from 15-100 ng/kg depending on species.
